23 May More Security Cameras Installed Along the BID Corridor

We are pleased to inform you that Omega Security Systems, Inc., successfully completed the installation of all of the security cameras at the approved intersections located at Frankford and Cottman Avenues; Frankford and Bleigh Avenues; Frankford and Sheffield Avenues; Frankford and Princeton Avenues; Frankford and Unruh Avenues; and Frankford and Harbison Avenues, respectively. 

The Mayfair Business Improvement District (BID) is working with the City of Philadelphia and the 15^th Police District to allow the officers of the 15^th to be able to access these cameras and watch the footage in real time.  We know the value of keeping our business owners, employees, patrons and residents safe and secure, and we will pursue all available avenues to ensure that everyone has a great experience in our commercial corridor.  In the coming months, we will be investigating installation at additional intersections, with the goal having cameras throughout the geographic parameters of the Mayfair BID.  Should any of the businesses within the BID need access to certain footage, please do not hesitate to contact Marc Collazzo donny@mayfairbid.org.
