Mayfair BID and Mayfair CDC: free services

As a service to Mayfair, both the Mayfair BID and Mayfair CDC are offering free services to our stakeholders, as well as commercial and residential real estate owners to help prepare your appeals for the 2019 assessments, and beyond. Property assessment values, and the resulting taxes, have been a point of contention for commercial and residential property owners in our community.  In light of the recent article above, those values have not been called into question.
