OACCE partners with the Mayor’s Office of Education, the Free Library of Philadelphia, and Philadelphia Parks & Recreation to present these FREE quality arts and cultural experiences to increase the use and engagement of these facilities.

Creative Avenues – Creative Avenues provides funding to Philadelphia’s community-based groups embarking on creative projects and activities that are free and open to the public. Make Art Philly – Each summer, the Office of Arts, Culture and the Creative Economy presents a FREE day of art camp, for ages 12 and under, at the City Hall Courtyard with Make Art Philly.
