June 30 the BID’s Donny Smith had the opportunity to attend the Grand Re-Opening of Golden Nails & Spa, located at 7305 Frankford Avenue. Councilman Driscoll and candidate Pat Gallagher were also in attendance, and together they helped Keith and his wife, Tina, cut the ribbon on their brand-new adventure.
