Join us for the 1st annual Mayfair Fashion Show, Thursday, July 19th at Frankford & Cottman Avenues!

Starting at 5pm see crafts, candles, food, clothes and fun for the whole family at the Mayfair Night Market and stroll the shops along the avenue. Then starting at 7:00pm Mayfair is hosting the 1st Annual Mayfair Fashion Show, Glamour on the Avenue. Hosted by Instagram sensations, Gillie Da King and Wallo267, the fashion show will highlight clothes from Domenico’s Formal Wear, Dress Up Time and Art History 101, and music from DJ Alamo! Finishing off the look of our models will be hair by Creations Salon, accessories by Infinity Jewelers, body-painting by The Inkwell 215 and and runway flowers by Torresdale Flower Shop.

“People are talking about the fashion show already,” said Mayfair Business Improvement District, Executive Director Marc Collazzo. “It’s something new and different that we are bringing to Mayfair, but it’s also going to be clothing that appeals to the people who live here, shop here and work here.”

According to Jay Pross, Art History 101 owner and Glamour on the Avenue coordinator, “This isn’t going to be a typical fashion show, this is going to be high-fashion street wear. We think it’s going to be a great night. We built a custom stage with lighting, professional models and lots of entertainment for everyone.”

The night will also have great food vendors, including Greys Lodge Pub, Gino’s Pizza cafe, Oteri’s Bakery, The Halal Guys, Frank’s Steaks & Burgers, Factory Donuts and Rita’s Water Ice.
